The Survey Center is designed to help Managers and Leaders gain insight into their core teams and business groups. The Web-based Survey Center is quick, customizable and cost-effective.

Why Surveys?

Many Leaders and Managers think they have a handle on how their peers, employees and customers view the organization. In reality, having a truly objective view is rarely the case. Many times the only way to gain an "objective" view is to guarantee anonymity. This can best be done by an outside firm. Regardless of the steps you take to insure anonymity, if you do it internally, there will always be some suspicion on the part of the respondent. This is minimized when using an outside firm.

Why Small Surveys?

  1. Objectivity—We have developed an extensive list of questions from our study of Key Success Factors that are common to most, if not all, organizations. Our broad experience plus our being outside the organization allows us to bring a degree of objectivity to this work that is difficult for any group inside the organization who is always looking at things with vested interests.
  2. Anonymity—As mentioned earlier, anonymity is often a critical factor with the respondent feeling safe to respond honestly. We can tailor the reporting of responses in a way that insures the respondent will be safe while insuring that the client gets the honest feedback they need to know exactly where they stand.

Expertise—We have dedicated the better parts of our professional lives studying, designing and implementing processes and concepts that tap into the vast human potential that all organizations possess.
